The location chosen by the Masuds for their next film.

When the news that Tareque Masud along with Mishuk Munier and others met with a tragic accident on the Dhaka-Aricha highway broke out, people of Manikganj where Masud's next film “Kagojer Phool” was to be shot were left dumbfounded. They only had words of praise for Tareque Masud and his team.
“Tareque was very polite and cordial. He visited the spot for his upcoming film three times since last monsoon -- the families of Abdus Sattar and his brother Ekim Uddin of Shaljana village, under Shibalaya upazila in Manikganj, recalled.
Roksana Akhter, wife of Ekim Uddin's son, told this correspondent that Tareque, his wife Catherine and their team went to the spot at around 10:30 am and started for Dhaka after 40 minutes on Saturday.
Catherine Masud stood under a Kamranga tree; it was raining. Tareque Masud sat at the veranda of the house, she said. After some discussion on the location, they left for Dhaka. Sujon, 14-year-old son of Ekim Uddin, asked them to stay for a while, she said.
“Tareque Masud spotted our guava tree. I offered him a few guavas that I had I plucked earlier, which he accepted with a smile. Soon they were on their way back,” she said.
Ekim Uddin said that work on the location had been partially completed at a cost of Tk 50,000. His brother-in-law was assisting them, Ekim Uddin said.
The Masuds and their team first went to the spot during the last rainy season. Catherine Masud, from an engine boat on the river Ichhamoti, spotted the location.
Tareque and Catherine Masud spoke with the owners of the house, and asked if he could shoot some scenes on the spot. The occupants of the house had agreed to let them use the location for the Masuds' upcoming film “Kagojer Phool”.
