Noted singer-songwriter and drummer Raef Al Hasan Rafa of AvoidRafa, tied the knot with Samira Kamil in a private ceremony, yesterday. The news soon was announced to his fans by Rafa on his Facebook profile after the ceremony. 

Rafa is a multi-instrumentalist who first came to fame as Aurthohin's drummer and vocalist. His solo project, AvoidRafa's debut album, "Bhaar" came out in 2016. Samira Kamil serves as the customer service representative at U-Haul, based in Toronto. 

She is also a graphic designer, and has worked on Rafa's album art. 

Celebrated artistes from the music fraternity, including Fuad Almuqtadir, George Lincoln D'Costa, and Zohad Reza Chowdhury, among others, congratulated the couple on social media.
