TV series “Utshab” goes on air on Desh TV every Tuesday through Thursday at 10:30pm. Written by Masum Shahriar and directed by Golam Muktadir, it casts Abul Hayat, Azad Abul Kalam, Naznin Hasan Chumki, Nadia Ahmed and others. 

The story is set in the fictional village of Utshab, and a wealthy man of the village, Gazi Altaf. All four of his children live in the city, and are averse to coming to their village home. Failing to persuade his children to come live in the village, Altaf decides to leave his wealth to charity. This prompts his children to come and live in the village, and the story takes various twists and turns.
