NCP leaders to meet chief adviser tonight

A delegation of the National Citizen Party (NCP), led by its Convener Nahid Islam, will meet Chief Adviser Prof Muhammad Yunus tonight.

The delegation will meet the chief adviser at the State Guest House Jamuna at 8:30pm, sources at the NCP said.

The meeting is going to be held at the invitation of the chief adviser, according to a statement issued by Mushfiq Us Salehin, joint member secretary of the NCP.

NCP Chief Organiser (southern region) Hasnat Abdullah, its Senior Joint Convener Ariful Islam Adeeb and Senior Joint Member Secretary Tasnim Jara will also attend the meeting.

BNP and Jamaat-e-Islami leaders are set to meet Yunus at his official residence Jamuna this evening, according to the chief adviser's press wing.
