Bangladesh Civil Service (Taxation) Association has elected MA Quader Sarker, commissioner of taxes, its president and Salim Afzal, additional commissioner of taxes, secretary general for a two year term, says a press release.
Md Alauddin and Md Sultan Mahmud, two commissioners of taxes, and Azmal Kabir, member of the Taxes Appellate Tribunal, were made vice-presidents and Md Meftah Uddin Khan, additional commissioner of taxes, treasurer.
