The first year admission test under 2010-11 academic session of Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology (Ruet) will be held on November 8.
Scrutiny of applications will start from October 7 and it will continue until October 25. Admission seekers will have to register their names with Short Message Service (SMS) through Teletalk mobile phone. Students from GCE 'O' and 'A' level discipline will have to download admission forms from the website addressed www.ruet.ac.bd. They will have to submit the forms to the Registrar.
Admission seekers have to send SMS or fill in admission forms as per directions given on the website. Students will have to pay Tk 500 as tele charge and students of GCE 'O' and 'A' level discipline will have to deposit the same amount of money along with the slip to any branch of Agrani, Rupali, Sonali, and Janata banks across the country.
Ruet administration sources said students can know details of the admission test on Ruet website www.ruet.ac.bd. Students can dial mobile numbers- 01555555021 or 01555555022 for help in completion of the application procedure, sources said.
