Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni’s legal dispute to be featured in new documentary

A new documentary produced by ITN Productions will dive into the legal conflict between "It Ends With Us" co-stars Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni. According to Variety, the 90-minute documentary, titled "He Said, She Said: Blake Lively vs Justin Baldoni", will explore the allegations and counterclaims between the two actors.

The project, described as a "swiftly made" production, is set to premiere on Channel 5 in the UK on Monday. Meanwhile, a shorter, 60-minute version will be released in the US by Investigation Discovery, set to stream on Max and Discovery+ on March 31. ITN Productions, known for their recent work on "Matthew Perry: A Hollywood Tragedy", which explored the life and death of the "Friends" star, is behind this project.

The documentary centres on a legal complaint filed by Blake Lively against Justin Baldoni, accusing him of sexual misconduct on the set of their 2024 film, "It Ends With Us". Lively further claims that Baldoni hired a PR firm to launch an online smear campaign to silence her.
In response, Baldoni denied the accusations and filed a massive $400 million countersuit against Lively, accusing her of defamation. The case is scheduled to go to trial in March 2026. "He Said, She Said" will present the evidence from both sides, along with the widespread social media reactions, as both actors have garnered significant support from their respective fanbases.

Last week, Baldoni's legal team accused Lively's publicist, Leslie Sloane, of scapegoating Baldoni in the legal dispute. His legal representation further alleged, "On information and belief, the Sloane Parties worked for months to drop breadcrumbs and hints of sinister allegations to the public while secretly feeding defamatory falsehoods to any reporter who would listen..."
The documentary is expected to spark significant public discussion, as it sheds light on both sides of the controversy, offering insight into one of the most high-profile celebrity legal battles in recent memory.
