Saiful Azam Kashem

Renowned film producer and director Saiful Azam Kashem was rushed to the Apollo Hospitals Dhaka On March 1, after suffering from a brain hemorrhage. While under treatment, his condition worsened and he was put on life support. On March 11, breathed his last. After his demise, Saiful Azam Kashem’s body was taken to his residence in Gulshan, and later at Bangladesh Film Development Corporation (BFDC), for his namaz-e-janaza. He was later buried at the Banani graveyard in the capital.

During his career, the filmmaker produced successful films, including, Shanai, Bou Rani, Duniya Dari and many more.
