What is This Thing You Call Love?

Spring is in the air, and love is in bloom, in this city interlaced with construction dust and stomach illnesses. This is the first Valentine's Day issue of SHOUT, and we dedicate it specifically to all the single dudes and ladies, the ones who don't give a pair of fetid old sneakers about Valentine's Day. Our cover story analyses going solo on the 14th from the perspectives of The Princess and the V-Day Grinch. We review the dating app Tinder, and one of our regulars explains how you don't necessarily have to puncture your wallet to show your date a good time.
We also cover some of the more exciting events of the past week, such as 7teen Events' MusicON Grand Finale, judged by Nemesis. Read on to find out which university took home the prize.
SHOUT hadn't missed out on THE event of the week either: we cover the Dhaka Art Summit, which most of the staff attended and came back awed and humbled by the breadth of the human imagination. If you were there, you know what I mean.
