Bangladesh women's kabaddi team finish with a victory in Nepal

Bangladesh women's kabaddi team ended their five-match Test series against hosts Nepal with a victory, winning the final game by a 28-23 margin in Kathmandu on Friday. Nepal, however, took the series 3-2.
The last and fifth match turned into a dead rubber after Nepal sealed the series with a victory in the fourth game. Bangladesh also lost both times they faced Nepal, at the 2019 SA Games and the 2023 Asian Games.
In today's game, Bangladesh were trailing in the first half by seven points. However, they staged a strong comeback in the second half to secure 21 points with two lonas.
Bangladesh played the five-match Test series against Nepal as part of their preparation for June's Kabaddi World Cup in India.
Bangladesh women's kabaddi team however showed their improvement in the five-match Test series despite losing the first two matches. They won the third match by a margin of 26-23 before Nepal secured a narrow 21-17 victory in the fourth match.
