Tigers reach Islamabad for Champions Trophy's Pakistan phase group matches

Bangladesh cricket team arrived in Islamabad, Pakistan early on Saturday ahead of their upcoming two Group A fixtures of the ongoing ICC Champions Trophy.
The Tigers, who travelled from Dubai by Emirates EK 614 flight, reached Islamabad International Airport at 01:18am (local time) and they are currently staying at Islamabad Serena Hotel.
Bangladesh will take part in a practice session at the Islamabad Club from 01:30pm to 04:30pm (local time) today.
The Tigers started their tournament on a disappointing note, losing by six wickets against India in Dubai last Thursday.
The defeat also put Bangladesh in a difficult situation as they now need to beat both New Zealand and Pakistan to keep their semifinal hopes alive.
Bangladesh will take on the Black Caps in their next match on Monday before facing hosts Pakistan in their last Group A match on February 27. Both the matches will be held at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium.
