Bangladesh women's cricket team take on the visiting Pakistan team in the first of the four-match T20I series at the Sheikh Kamal International Cricket Stadium in Cox's Bazar today.

Salma Khatun and her troops will be looking to continue their recent brilliant run since the triumph in the ACC Asia Cup in June which was followed by the series win in the Netherlands and clinching the ICC World T20 qualifiers.

The series against Pakistan is also the lead up to the preparation for the upcoming ICC World T20 assignment in the West Indies in November this year.
