Shakila Zafar says that the secret to her beautiful and youthful skin is genetic. She has been blessed with her mother's glowing skin. However, she does extensively take care of it in order to maintain it.

One of the most important steps of her skin care regime is keeping her skin clean and moisturized. And currently, she is a huge fan of Clinique moisturizers. Another essential step is making sure she is eating healthy. Although, she understands that nowadays, it is next to impossible to eat a good home cooked meal and avoid the oily and super unhealthy fast food, in order to maintain clear and healthy skin like her, it is mandatory. Drinking plenty of water is another step that Shakila Zafar swears by. 

Long, beautiful and strong hair is perhaps something every Bengali girl strives for. According to Shakila Zafar,  applying oil and keeping the hair clean is the key to that. Since, she regularly needs to style her hair, she tries to make up for that by applying olive oil as frequently as she can. She also gets hair treatments from good salons at regular intervals.

Shakila Zafar is widely known for not only her singing but her youthful  looks and elegance. Every female celebrity has probably thought of stealing her makeup artist at least once. The brands she trusts to achieve that look are Bobby Brown, Mac Chanel, Estee Lauder, Lancome, Clinique and  Urban Decay. According to her, a look that can never fail includes a bright lipstick along with mascara and some kajol. She loves the Hypnose mascara from Lancome, and lipsticks from Mac.

Amongst accessories, she loves watches and rings. She makes sure she always has a watch on her wrist and some rings on her fingers. And when it comes to jewellery, she loves anything that has pearls or precious stones. She has a knack for collecting jewellery made of rubies, amethyst, garnet and other precious stones. And to beat the winter, she likes to wear boots and overcoats. They are not only comfortable but also perfect for her street style.
