To mark its 12th anniversary, the 21st BCS batch organised a programme at the Biam auditorium in the capital yesterday.
Dr Kamal Abdul Naser Chowdhury, senior secretary to the public administration ministry, Showkot Ali Sadi,  president of the forum, and Risayat Al Wasif, general secretary, were also present.
