Phygital football tournament crowns its champions

Bangladesh Phygital Football Championship (BPFC) has recently crowned its champions, in an event consisting of both physical and digital sports - football and FIFA.
Team 'Xtreme Lungiz' emerged as the first-place winner, scoring 19-8 versus the runner-up 'Team Koslakosli'. The event saw the participation of 16 teams, with each team required to play both FIFA on the computer and participate in on-field football matches.
The recent event served as the Bangladesh national qualifier for WPC Games of the Future 2025, to be held in Dubai. With this win, team 'Xtreme Lungiz' will have a chance to qualify for the international round, competing versus players from around the world in the phygital football arena.
BPFC 2025 was hosted by the Bangladesh Youth Development and Electronic Sports Association (BYDESA) and MSI. Games of the Future is organised by the World Phygital Community (WPC).
