Alif Manufacturing Company Ltd made a Tk 4.16 crore profit in the July-September quarter of the current financial year, up 6.66 per cent year-on-year.

The cotton yarn manufacturer's profit stood at Tk 3.90 crore during the first quarter a year earlier.

The earnings per share were Tk 0.16 in July-September of 2022-23 against Tk 0.15 during the same period of 2021-22.

The net operating cash flow per share fell to Tk 0.51 in July-September from Tk 0.55 a year earlier.

The net asset value per share was Tk 14.55 on September 30 and Tk 14.52 on June 30.

Shares of Alif Manufacturing ended at Tk 13.30 on the Dhaka Stock Exchange on Wednesday.
