Lukas Clark was seven months old when he died and his mother decided to donate his organs to help save lives.

Meanwhile, four-year-old Jordan Drake, who was born with a heart congenital defect, spent most of her life in a hospital waiting for a transplant. She received the heart from Lukas when he passed away in June 2013.
