Y Combinator, the globally acclaimed seed accelerator, has nominated the best ten entrepreneurs among 500 new entrepreneurs across the globe. Bangladesh's grocery shop chaldal.com also made the list and secured a whopping 9th among all the global startups. Chaldal currently operates three warehouses and has an inventory of more than 4000 products.  Every day it serves nearly 400 customers. It must be mentioned that Washim Alim, Tejas Biswanath and Zia Ashraf co-founded chaldal.com in 2013 in a bid to provide online shopping facilities to the Bangladeshi customers.
