An unidentified elderly woman aged about 65 was found dead yesterday in a rice mill at Mazar Bazar under Ishwarganj upazila of the district.

Local people found the body lying at the corridor of the rice mill in the morning and informed the police.

Police sent the body to Mymensingh Medical College Hospital morgue for autopsy, said Badrul Alam Khan, officer-in-charge of Ishwarganj Police Station, adding that no injury mark was found on the body.
