Uttara Finance and Investments Ltd has recently announced 10 percent stock and 20 percent cash dividends for 2012.
The company made the announcement at its 18th annual general meeting at Spectra Convention Centre in Dhaka yesterday, the company said in a statement.
The operating revenue of the company stood at Tk 292.39 crore in 2012 while net profit stood at Tk 81.49 crore.
