The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has filed two separate cases against Enamur Rahman, former state minister for disaster management and relief, for illegally acquiring assets worth Tk 6.51 crore.

ACC Director General Akhtar Hossain confirmed this information at the commission's headquarters in Dhaka's Segunbagicha today.

Enamur was accused of acquiring illegal wealth worth Tk 6.51 crore, he said.

Additionally, he allegedly conducted suspicious transactions worth Tk 12.70 crore in five bank accounts under his name, ACC DG added.
