A Tk10 crore term loan agreement was signed between Pubali Bank Limited (PBL) and Uttara Finance & Investments Limited at the bank's head office in Dhaka recently, says a press release.
Pubali Bank sanctioned this term loan for 5 years.
Dipak Kumar Chakraborty, general manager, principal branch of Pubali Bank Ltd, and SM Shamsul Arefin, managing director of Uttara Finance & Investments Limited, signed the deal on behalf of their organisations.
Helal Ahmed Chowdhury, managing director of Pubali Bank Ltd, and other senior officials of both the organisations were present.
