Standard Bank Limited approved 12 percent dividend for its shareholders for the year 2007.
The decision was taken at the bank's 9th annual general meeting (AGM) held at the BDR Darbar Hall on July 28 with its Chairman Kazi Akramuddin Ahmed in the chair.
Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the bank Mohammad Shamsul Alam, Chairman of the Executive Committee Kamal Mostafa Chowdhury also attended the meeting.
