Pabna Cadet College secured second position in the merit list of Rajshahi education board.
A total of 56 students appeared in this year's SSC examinations from the college and all of them scored GPA-5.
Five institutions in the district achieved 100 percent pass in the examinations. These are Pabna Cadet College, Pabna Zila School, Pabna Government Girls' High School, Ishwardi Ikkhu Gobeshana High School and Pabna Cadet Collegiate School.
Pabna district administration sources said as many as 703 students scored GPA-5 from 10 schools of the district. Of them, 56 got GPA-5 from Pabna Cadet Colege, 163 from Pabna Zila School, 159 from Government Girls' High School, 45 from Ikkhu Gobeshana High School, 76 from Bera Al-Hera Academy, 21 from Pabna Cadet Collegiate School, 33 from North Bengal Paper Mills School, 60 from Sara Marwari School, 62 from Radhanagar Mojumder School and 28 from Imam Gazzali School.
Pabna Cadet College, Pabna Zila School, Pabna Goverenment Girls' High School and Ishwardi Ikkhu Gobeshana High School got positions on the list of top 20 schools under Rajshahi Education board, the sources added.
