Criminals abducted a college girl at Kazirgaon village in Monirampur upazila on Saturday evening.
The victim was a student of Mukteshwari Degree College.
Sairuddin, officer in-charge of Monirampur police station, said Shahidul Islam of Ziedanga village in Abhoynagar upazila along with his cohorts abducted the girl at gunpoint on her way back home from the college.
