The government yesterday appointed AT Ahmedul Huq Choudhury as the new chairman of the Public Service Commission (PSC), says an official handout.
Ahmedul, a member of the commission, succeeds Dr Saadat Husain whose term expired yesterday. Dr Saadat was appointed the 12th chairman of the PSC in May 2007.
