The 15th Annual General Meeting of Micro Industries Development Assistance and Services (MIDAS) was held at its head office in the city on Monday, says a press release.
SM Al-Husainy, chairman of Board of Directors, chaired the meeting where the Directors' Report and Annual Accounts of the Company for the year 2006-2007 were adopted.
Maj Gen (retd) Mahabbat Jan Chowdhury and Parveen Mahmud were re-elected to the Board of Directors in the meeting. The meeting ended with the vote of thanks from Managing Director (MD) of MIDAS Abdul Karim.
Shaik Abdul Halim, Mirza Ali Behrouze Ispahani, Parveen Mahmud, Maniruzzam Chowdhury, Abdur Rashid Gazi, MD of MIDAS Financing Ltd, and ASM Mashi-ur-Rahman, GM, MIDAS, were also present.
