Tasnia Farin announces silver screen debut with Atanu Ghosh’s film

Tasnia Farin is one of the most prolific television actresses. She garnered wide appreciation for her role in Mostofa Sarwar Farooki's web series, "Ladies and Gentlemen". 

When asked about her debut in movies, the actress has told the media multiple times that she is waiting for the right script. 

Earlier today, Farin posted on her verified Facebook page that her first silver screen project, "Aro Ek Prithibi" will be directed by renowned Indian filmmaker Atanu Ghosh. She wrote, "And it's finally happening - my first film. Keep me in your prayers". 

After watching Farin in "Ladies and Gentlemen" released on ZEE5 Global, Ghosh told several media outlets that he was amazed with Farin's performance and for his tenth project, he would like to cast her.

According to the director, the film is inspired from Tamsen Courtenay's book  "Four Feet Under", which he recently read.

As per reports, the entire film will be shot in London. The plot revolves around four homeless people, looking for shelter. 

The film also stars Kaushik Ganguly, Anindita Basu, and Saheb Bhattacharya and 12 other artistes from Pakistan, Ethiopia, Syria, Poland, Iran, and South Korea. 

Farin is set to fly to London on May 17. Produced by Eskay Movies, the movie's shooting will begin from May 20. It is expected to be released by the end of this year. Music of the film is handled by Debojyoti Mishra.
