How are you planning to celebrate your birthday this year?
I have been shooting for back-to-back days, and I think I need a little break. I will be travelling abroad for a week.
You have recently produced a web series and tele-film. Are you also interested in producing films?
Of course! I have been preparing to become a film producer by taking tiny steps at a time. I look to announce my first film as a producer soon. My production house Khamarbari will start shooting for my first film this year.

Can you tell us anything about the star cast or the director you are willing to collaborate for this project?
We are currently looking into it and will announce the details as soon as we finalize the team.
Television or films – which one are you more drawn towards?
I am drawn towards acting and never want to let go of any opportunity that comes my way in this regard.
What are you currently busy with?
I last appeared on screen in Afzal Hossain's "Maniker Laal Kakra". My Kolkata based production "Epaar Opaar" is waiting for theatrical release. I recently finished shooting for Shankha Dasgupta's Hoichoi original web series "Boli"'.

When are you planning to start a conjugal life?
I haven't thought about it however, love does not come with a warning sign. After my father's demise, my world revolves around my mother and my son.
I have been busy with my career and plan to keep growing, expanding my horizon into productions rather than just acting.
