Celebrity Cricket League: popular celebrities missing; tournament halted again

The Celebrity Cricket League (CCL) was due to end yesterday, but it appears that celebrity feuds have once again caused havoc on the field, as the match was postponed for the second time.
No fighting or scuffle took place at the game. However, the organisers had to temporarily halt the game again, due to a quarrel between two actors.

This time, the conflict is about two actors named Rabbi and Antu. The two have played in the corporate league before. So according to the rules they cannot play in the celebrity cricket league. Among them, Rabbi belongs to Salahuddin Lavlu's team while Antu is playing for Dipankar Dipon's team.

After overcoming all barriers, the Celebrity Cricket League kicked off at 11 am yesterday. In the first round, Dipankar Dipon's team beat Chayanika Chowdhury's team to make their place in the final round.
The real problem erupted after this match. The match was stopped for nearly two hours because of the dispute between these two teams. After a little bit of resolvement, the second semi-final begins where Salahuddin Lavlu's team beat Gias Uddin Selim's team.

The final was supposed to start after some time, but due to conflict between the players of the two teams, it did not happen. The organizers could not find a solution despite meeting with the two parties.
After talking for more than 3 hours, the organizers could not come to any decision and finally announced the postponement of the final match.

Masudur Rahman, a member of the organizing committee, said that it was already said that those who played in the corporate league will not be able to play in this league. "Here, some played in the corporate league in 2014, and some in 2016. We did not know about it," said Masudur Rahman.
Trouble arose before the semi-finals. The teams presented the documents of who played where in what year. The game was suspended due to complaints from both teams. "We wanted the game to end smoothly but sadly that couldn't happen in the end. We admit our failures and hope to resume the final game again sometime later," added the committee member.

Another surprising fact was the lack of celebrities in the final round. Popular faces including Chanchal Chowdhury, Mehazabien Chowdhury, Tasnia Farin, Tama Mirza, and Anika Kabir Shakh, amongst others weren't seen at the event. Reportedly, no one from Raihan Rafi's team was present at the field.
Earlier on, the celebrity cricket league witnessed a temporary halt on September 29 when a literal fight broke out between two teams- Dipankar Dipon and Mostafa Kamal Raz's team.
On October 3, organisers held a press conference where they cited that cases were filed and that legal action was taken against the perpetrators. The organisers didn't disclose which police station and how many people were registered for investigation at the conference.
The star-studded 'Celebrity Cricket League' was aimed at boosting the morale of the Bangladesh cricket team ahead of the upcoming World Cup.
Leading these star-studded teams were eight renowned artistes, they are– Gias Uddin Selim, Salahuddin Lavlu, Shihab Shaheen, Chayanika Chowdhury, Dipankar Dipon, Shokal Ahmed, Mostafa Kamal Raz, and Raihan Rafi.
