The gates were scheduled to open at 5pm today at the Bangladesh-China Friendship Exhibition Center for the "Melody Unleashed" concert. 

Unfortunately, just about an hour before the gates were to open, at 3:40pm, the organisers announced the postponement of the show through their Facebook page.

The announcement reads, "Attention! Due to security issues, the concert is postponed until further notice. Stay posted and hold on to your tickets for our next post."

Presented by Kidlon, the concert titled "Melody Unleashed" was organised by Melody & Mind Communication. The lineup for the concert included Pakistani singer Mustafa Zahid, alongside Bangladeshi artiste AK Rahul and bands Level Five and Encore.

Tickets were sold in three categories for the show: General (Tk 1,900), Melody Zone (Tk 3,499), and Premium (Tk 10,000).
