Today, Judge Al Asad Md Asifuzzaman of the Special Judge Court-6 of Dhaka recorded statement of the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) Director Monjur Morshed.
The judge then fixed November 8 for next hearing as the defence sought time to cross-examine the complainant.
In his statement, Monjur Morshed said that Mizan was asked to submit his wealth statement on July 10, 2018. On August 1 the same year, Mizan submitted his wealth statement of Tk 1,10,42,260 to the Anti-Corruption Commission.
