Dr Md Sabur Khan, one of the leaders in the ICT and education sectors, has recently been nominated as the managing director of Global Entrepreneurship Network, one the largest entrepreneurial platforms of projects and programmes in 200 countries, said a press release.

His joining as the MD of GEN has brought a new hope and opportunities for the talents of the country and also for the entrepreneurs, investors, researchers, policymakers and entrepreneurial support organizations, it said. 

From now on, Dr Khan will actively contribute in bridging the national talents and institutions with global leaders and institutions which will broaden the scope for the country. 

Dr Khan is the one who has initiated a project of creating 2,000 entrepreneurs during 2013 while he was the president of Dhaka Chamber of Commerce and Industries.
