The Bangladesh Inks Manufacturer Owners' Association (BIMOA) held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the Gulshan Club in Dhaka on February 15.

The event brought together members and the Board of Directors to discuss industry challenges and regulatory matters.

In the AGM, Shahab Uddin Khan, chairman & managing director of Zeeshan Group, was elected as the new President. Sunil Kumar Chhabra from Sakata Inx Bangladesh Pvt Ltd was elected as Senior Vice President, while Imran Hossain of Crown Ink Industries Ltd as the Vice President. 

Other elected Board of Directors for 2025-2026 are Zakir Hossain of Toyo Ink & Chemicals Ltd, Hasnayen Mutakabbir of Yeasmin Products, Abdul Karim of Unichem Polymer Lab & Industrial Company, Sagar Khondaker of Fuji Ink Industries Ltd, Farid Ahmed Sikder of Shikder Industry, Sujit Nandy of Textone Inks & Adhesive Technologies Pvt Ltd and Atiq-Uz-Zaman of Nisan Paint & Inks Ltd.

Both the new and outgoing Board of Directors were honored with flower bouquet and crests for their outstanding performance and contributions towards the association.
