ICC Bangladesh delegation off to Dubai to attend 12th World Chambers Congress

A nine-member delegation of the International Chamber of Commerce Bangladesh led by its president, Mahbubur Rahman, went for Dubai on November 22 to take part in ICC's 12th World Chambers Congress, a premier event of its kind bringing together chamber, business and government figures alike.
The 12th World Chambers Congress of ICC and World Chambers Federation (WCF) will be held in Dubai on November 23-25.
The theme of the congress is "Generation Next: Chambers 4.0" jointly organised by Dubai Chamber.
Rizwan Rahman, president of the Dhaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DCCI), has been invited as a speaker in the congress, the ICCB said in a press release today.
The delegation also includes: Abdul Hai Sarker, chairman of Purbani Group; Anwar-Ul-Alam Chowdhury (Parvez), managing director of Evince Group; Mir Nasir Hossain, managing director of Mir Akhter Hossain Limited; Mohammad Hatem, executive president of Bangladesh Knitwear Manufacturers and Exporters Association and managing director of MB Knit Fashion Ltd; Matiur Rahman, chairman and managing director of Uttara Group of Companies; Md Salauddin Yousuf, member of CCCI and director of Lub-rref (Bangladesh) Ltd, and Ataur Rahman, secretary general of ICC Bangladesh.
The delegation is expected to return to Dhaka on November 27.
