The benchmark index of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSEX) has been rising since morning, posting a 0.19 percent increase as of 12:44 PM.

The DSEX stood at 5,200.83 points, with a turnover of Tk 253.3 crore.

So far, the prices of 185 stocks have advanced, 117 have declined, and 93 have remained unchanged.

S. Alam Cold Rolled Steels Ltd posted the highest gain of 10 percent, followed by Prime Islami Life Insurance Ltd with 9.97 percent.
