bproperty.com offering legal support to clients

Real estate portal bproperty.com is offering new services, such as legal support for stakeholders to make informed decisions in buying, selling and renting assets and avoid unexpected hassles, announced its CEO yesterday.

The mushrooming of realtor numbers has given rise to some unscrupulous developers who keep flat and plot handovers in the limbo year after year, in some cases even depriving clients of their life savings, said the platform’s chief, Mark Nosworthy.

“With a promise of delivering high-class service and making the house hunting, renting and buying process easier for clients, we provide guaranteed services to ensure the best value for money,” he added.

Nosworthy was sharing his plans with journalists at Best Western La Vinci Hotel in the capital’s Kawran Bazar. He said the platform had grown into Bangladesh’s largest real estate marketplace on branching out to the country three years back, offering over 25,000 properties for rent and sale at present.

The business is furthering the creation of a digital real estate sector and its mission is to transform the real estate sector by offering transparency and trust through the use of technology, he said.

The site said to have been the first in the country to use virtual reality to showcase real estate options in November 2018, enabling viewing of properties from the comfort of one’s own home.

Its ultimate goal is to be positioned as a lifestyle brand helping people choose living standards that suit them best, added Nosworthy.
