BIDA unveils upgraded portal for one-stop services

The portal offers 134 services from 44 organisations

The Bangladesh Investment Development Authority (BIDA) has launched the upgraded version of its One-Stop Service (OSS) portal recently with an aim to streamline services for both domestic and foreign investors. 

 

The portal is accessible at www.bidaquickserv.org and it offers 134 services from 44 organisations, which will help in reducing time and costs for investors.

 

The new version introduces several advanced features to enhance transparency and service delivery. 

 

A public service performance dashboard now provides detailed data on the number of applications processed and resolution timelines, ensuring greater accountability. 

 

Also, an online monitoring and application tracking system allows investors to check real-time updates on their applications.

 

Under the BIDA One-Stop Service Rules 2020, all applications must be processed within stipulated time frames.
