AKM Nurul Fazal Bulbul was elected vice chairman of the Central Depository Bangladesh Ltd, according to a statement.

Bulbul has been a director of CDBL since June 2011. He is also a director of Infrastruc-ture Investment Facilitation Company, vice-chairman of Islamic Bank Consultative Forum, and co-founder of Exim Bank and Sunlife Insurance. The CBDL's core services cover the efficient delivery, settlement and transfer of securities through computerised book entry system.
