Lokman Hossain Miah, secretary to the Ministry of Textiles and Jute, has been appointed as secretary to the Health Services Division under the health ministry.

A gazette notification signed by Deputy Secretary of the Ministry of Public Administration, Mohammad Abdul Latif, was issued in this regard today.

This notification was issued at a time when the incumbent Health Services Division Secretary Abdul Mannan is undergoing treatment at a public hospital in Dhaka due to Covid-19.

Meantime, Mannan has been appointed as secretary to the Ministry of Textiles and Jute.
