A dance cover of  "Ami Chai Thakte" by popular actor Nusraat Faria, was released on YouTube recently. The song, featuring popular choreographer and dancer Ridy Sheikh alongside the actor, is voiced by  Nusraat herself. It is written by Syed Atiq and composed by Subir Dev, also known as Master-D.

"After the first video received a warm response from the audience, I wanted to give listeners a new take on the song," shares Nusraat Faria. "I had put up a story on my Instagram account about it,  and eventually, we came up with this idea."

This is the first time that Nusraat Faria and Ridy Sheikh have worked together. "Nusraat is one the most hardworking actors I have come across. I was amazed by how she caught up with my dance moves," says Ridy Sheikh, who has also choreographed the dance cover. "This was the first time since the beginning of the pandemic that I stepped outside my residence to shoot for a dance routine. The experience was amazing."

The dance cover is directed by Anthony Flinton. Akib Shahriar and Thiri Than are the directors of photography, and Walid Sayem is the editor of the video.The location partner is Audi Bangladesh.

"Working with a talented and skilled young team was phenomenal. I must say, I am very impressed with their performance," adds Nusraat Faria. "Rather than a cover, I would say we have come up with a new music video of the song."

Nusraat Faria recently finished shooting for the film "Patal Ghor". On the other hand, Ridy Sheikh is planning to release two other dance covers and a new music video on Shusmita Anis' song "Jaago Nari" in the next couple of weeks.
