Duronto TV has been producing quality programmes for children since their inception. Starting their journey in October 2017, the channel has made a place in the hearts of the Bangladeshi TV audience over the years.

A press conference, announcing Duronto TV's 14th season, was held online today. The new season will be on air from January 10. It will feature four new local programmes and two new cartoon series besides the regular programmes and cartoon series. "Bhulostein", "Kattush Kuttush", "Laal Kohinoor" and "Sisimpur" 13th season are new additions along with new cartoon shows "Martin Morning" and "Zigby".

"Bhulostein" will feature mad scientist Bhulostein, his assistant Piku and their young scientist friends on their science adventures with different experiments. "We wanted to present science in a playful and interesting manner and we featured 130 interesting science experiments for children in the show," shares Monirul Hossain Shipon, director of the show. "I was nervous about the shoot at first because of the pandemic, but the whole set was designed according to the health safety guidelines," says young actor, Toki Yasar Ayman. "We wore masks at all times on the set, we only took it off for the camera." Directed by Shipon and Fahima Ahmed Chaiti, the show will air from January 10, Sunday to Thursday at 02.30 pm and 7:30 pm.

"Fairytales always taught us the power of good people and these stories are the continuations of those timeless stories," noted director Nima Rahman shares. "There are two groups present in each society- good and evil. These stories prove that if good people work together, society will always reflect good and positive vibes."

Inspired by renowned puppet master Mustafa Monwar, Nima Rahman, along with members of Dhaka Puppet Theatre and Tariq Anam Khan, will play the leading roles in the show. The show will air from January 10, Sunday to Thursday at 1 pm and 8 pm.
