Adhora Khan has high hopes for 'Matal'

Promising actor Adhora Khan has recently seized the audience's attention with her debut film, 'Nayok'. Yesterday, another one of her films, 'Matal', released with much adoration from the audience. The actor talks to The Daily Star about her new release, future plans, and more.
Tell us about your upcoming film, 'Matal'.
The film is directed by Shahin Sumon, and I will be seen playing the role of a girl named Parisha. The story basically revolves around her, and she happens to have a lot of dreams in her life, that she wants to fulfill. I hope Parisha's story will be able to touch people's hearts. I am hopeful about Matal.
Did you go to the cinema halls yesterday?
I have visited Rani Mahal Cinema Hall, Asia Cinema Hall, Ovishar Cinema Hall and Champakali Cinema Hall with the film's director and producer. It was wonderful to see the audience's enthusiasm on the first day of its release.
How well do you think your previous release, 'Nayok' performed?
A lot of the halls are still screening Nayok. The feedback that I have gotten so far is pretty good, and I hope that my hard work pays off in Matal as well.
What are your future plans in the industry?
I want to be one of the top actors in this country one day. I will definitely work hard to achieve my ambitions. For the time being, I am busy promoting Matal. I will start filming for another film titled Dream Girl, directed by Ispahani Arif Jahan, very soon.
