Rtv's musical programme “Reedisha Biscuit Presents Ei Raat Tomar Amar” will begin airing subsequent episodes under an innovative format from today. The show will invite active viewer participation and will include a segment where songs are performed on audience requests.

A press conference was held on Monday detailing the highlights of the programme, which is aired every week on Wednesday and Thursday at 7pm. CEO of Rtv Syed Ashiqur Rahman, Rtv's Programme Head Dewan Shamsur Rakib, Brand Manager of Reedisha Food and Beverage Ltd Indrajit Chandra Sarkar, Nazrul exponent Fahim Hossain Chowdhury, popular singer Anupma Mukti, and more attended the meet.

“Songs from the 1940's and 1970's will never be forgotten as they continue to touch the heart of people across different generations,” stated Syed Ashiqur Rahman," “we are selecting songs from the Golden Era and presenting them in a new way for our viewers.”

For every song presented in an episode, background information on each number along with a code will be highlighted on screen, along with a request for viewers to send in their favourite song titles via SMS, Facebook or e-mail, from which 10 songs will be selected.
