Army chief meets president

Army Chief General Moeen U Ahmed called on President Iajuddin Ahmed at Bangabhaban yesterday.General Moeen appraised the president, also the supreme commander of the Armed Forces, relevant issues and sought his continued assistance for the development of the army, said a handout. The president gave the army chief a patient hearing and assured him of all-out cooperation. President's Military Secretary Major General M Aminul Karim and Secretary of the President's Office M Sirajul Islam were present.
