Leeds player leaks info

Manager Dennis Wise said a Leeds United player who gave opponents Crystal Palace his team line-up hours before Saturday's second division match at Elland Road would never play for the Yorkshire club again.

"It was a fantastic result for us but unfortunately I'm very disappointed," former England midfielder Wise told a post-match news conference after the bottom club's 2-1 win over Palace.

"One player gave my team to the opposition at my football club and I found that out. It disappoints me immensely and he won't be playing for this football club again."

A Leeds spokesman told the club's official Web site the matter "will be dealt with internally".

Wise added: "The player in question said a couple of other things and it's not acceptable. I found this out at about 1pm.

"I don't want to go into it any more."

Leeds are one point behind second from bottom Southend United.
