Valuables worth Tk 5 lakh looted at Keraniganj

A gang of robbers early yesterday looted valuables worth Tk five lakh from a house at Shuvadda Purbapara under Keraniganj upazila in Dhaka. Police said a gang of robbers entered the house of Mofiz Mia breaking lattices of the windows and tied the family members, including his wife and sons. They looted valuables, including cash, gold ornaments, cellphones and a gun from the house. A case was filed with Keraniganj Police Station in this connection.
