Not 'Alems' but 'Ulama'

Nowadays I see people are using the word "Alems" to describe the plural of the word "Alem" Actually in Arabic language it does not work like in English where you add "s" or "es" to make plural. In Arabic it is completely a new word. So in the case of "Alem", the plural is "Ulama".
