The arrestees are Shahidur Rahman Khokon, son of Tofazzel Hossain and Kamaluddin Rana, son of Hasan Ali of Shankarpur area in the town, Parvez Khan, son of Kader Khan of Karbala area in the town and Anisur Rahman, son of Raushan Ali of Chalnahati village under Monirampur upazila.

Acting on a tip--off, Kotwali police nabbed Anisur Rahman at a shop in the market at around 11:00am and seized the fake mobile phone cards from his bag.

On his statement, police later arrested the other three from BD Tel Sat.com Internet office at Garikhana road in the town.
