NCL set to resume

The 19th edition of the National Cricket League (NCL) is set to resume after a two-month break when the sixth and final round of the four-day tournament kicks off on December 20 at different venues across the country.

All eyes will be on the match between Khulna Division and Dhaka Division at BKSP as Khulna sit on top of the Tier-1 table with 16 points while Dhaka Division are in second place on 10 points.

Meanwhile, Rangpur will hope to extend their 10 points when they take on Barisal, who have eight points, in Rajshahi in the other Tier-1 match of the day.

In the Tier-2 competition, Rajshahi have already confirmed their promotion to Tier-1 with 23 points from five matches and will play their last-round game against Dhaka Metro (8 points) in Chittagong while second-placed Sylhet (12) host Chittagong (8) in the other fixture.
